No orders will be accepted by phone. All Orders must be in writing via fax\/email.<\/p>\n<h6>Request for samples<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>ALL SAMPLES MUST BE PURCHASED \u2013 no samples will be dispatched unless invoiced and full paid for &#8211; THESE MAY BE RETURNED FOR DECORATION IF REQUIRED;<\/li>\n<li>All samples are sent out as per the listed price plus our minimum delivery fee of $17 + GST.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>Free delivery<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>For plain stock orders over a value of $1000.00 plus* (* per brand, EX. GST and embroidery or screen printing ), free freight to your office located in a metro area of Mainland Capital Cities, except Adelaide, Darwin and Hobart.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>\u00a0Return policy<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>No return available after embroidery or screen printing, and clearance items.<\/li>\n<li>A restocking fee of $ 20 + GST will be charged for blank stocks return due to customer error.<\/li>\n<li>All claims must be made within 14 days of receipt and must have a return authorisation number(RAN), please email us to <a href=\"mailto:ausia@iinet.net.au\">ausia@iinet.net.au<\/a> with your invoice number for RAN. Garments to be returned as new and in original packaging.
